UPS Return Methods Explained
- On the homepage or app home screen, tap the “Shop” button.
- In the “Shop” section, tap “Books.”
- In the “Books” section, tap “Kindle e-reader.”
- On the Kindle e-reader home screen, tap the “Menu” button.
- Tap “Settings.”
- Tap “Language & Region.”
- Tap your language and region settings to change them if you want to read a book in a different language or in a different region than where you are currently located.
- Tap the “Search” button on the top of the Kindle e-reader screen to search for books and start reading them immediately. ..
If you want to return an order, select Return or replace Item. You can find this option right next to the selected order.
The UPS Drop-off option is the best return option for you if you need to pick up your package from the UPS store. The drop-off location is located near the store, so it’s easy to find and use.
Please complete the return form and submit it to us.
Once you submit the return, you’ll be able to see the Print and Label Instructions. This step is optional and you should click on that button only if you want to print the shipping label yourself. It’ll take you to a new page from which you can print the label directly. If you can’t print the shipping label yourself, UPS will do it for you free of charge.

If you choose to take your package to the nearest UPS store, all you have to do is take the item to them. You don’t need to print the label or pack it. UPS can do that for you. But if you want to save some time, you can pack it in the box you received it, print the label, and attach it to the box. ..
When you go to the UPS store to return the package, be sure to check your email for a return shipping code. The employee at the store will send you one if there is one.
