Google Forms is a great online tool for creating surveys to send to friends or family. It allows you to create completely custom surveys or forms, send them out to anyone, and track all their responses in one place. Google Docs makes creating and managing surveys easy. In this article, I’ll show you how to use Google Docs to create your own surveys. ..

Before we get started, it should be noted that there are two ways to create a form in Google Docs. The first way is to create a new form from Google Drive and the second way, which is better in my opinion, is to create the form from Google Sheets, which will link the spreadsheet to the form and load all the data into the sheet for later analysis.

Starting a Form

Once you have clicked on Form, you will be able to see a list of all the forms that are available to you. To create a new form, go ahead and click on the New button. In the New Form dialog box, you will need to provide a name for your form and then select a template from the list. Once you have selected your template, you will be able to fill out the form with your data. Once you have finished filling out your form, click on the OK button to save it. ..

A new tab will open with the form dashboard. Here you can start adding questions, etc, which I will explain further down. You’ll notice that when you go back to your spreadsheet, you’ll see a message that a new form has been created. You can also edit the form, send it, see the live form, etc. ..

The Form Responses sheet will be where all the responses for each question will be saved.

The Confirmation Page for the survey is a page that users will see after they finish the survey. You can provide them with a link to submit another response, publish a link to the form results for everyone to see, and allow responders to edit their responses after they have submitted the form.

The form you create below will be the basis for your survey. You can change its name, description, and questions below. The first question is a multiple choice option. ..
